- Prepare 1 of Green chilli.
- Prepare 8-10 of Curry Leaves.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato.
- You need 20 gm of green peas.
- It's 1 of large size chopped onion.
- You need 3 tbsp of Cooking oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp of salt.
Healthy Atta Noodles instructions
- Turn on the flame and heat a pan, add oil.
- Add onions, green chilli and curry leaves.
- Stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add green peas and mix it.
- Add tomato and mix it.
- Cook the tomato for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and add salt.
- Mix it well.
- Add maggi tastemaker and mix it.
- Add water.
- Cover it and wait for 1st boil.
- Add noodles.
