Ingredients of Diet Roti
- Prepare 2 tbsp of baisan.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of powdered oats.
- You need 1 tbsp of chakki aata.
- You need 1/2 of spring Onion chopped.
- You need 1/2 of tomato chopped.
- Prepare 2 of small green chillies chopped.
- You need of Salt to taste.
- You need of Water as required.
- You need 2 tsp of Oil Or Desi ghee.
- You need 1/2 of zeera raita.
Diet Roti instructions
- In a bowl,add baison, powdered oats and chakki aata aur ache se mix karein.
- Now add chopped spring onion, tomato and green chillies,salt and a little amount of water and knead it well..
- Then add 1/2 tsp oil aur 15 min ke liye rest dein...
- Phir rolling pin se roll karien aur non-stick pan me 1 1/2tsp oil se brushing kar ke pakalien.
- Aur zeera wale raite ke sath serve karien.
