  1. In a bowl,add baison, powdered oats and chakki aata aur ache se mix karein.
  2. Now add chopped spring onion, tomato and green chillies,salt and a little amount of water and knead it well..
  3. Then add 1/2 tsp oil aur 15 min ke liye rest dein...
  4. Phir rolling pin se roll karien aur non-stick pan me 1 1/2tsp oil se brushing kar ke pakalien. Diet Roti
