  1. In a bowl add 1 cup semolina and 1 cup curd.leave it for overnight or you can also leave it for 15-20 minutes.Now after 15 min add all the vegetables and add little water if you want but the batter should be at pouring consistency..
  2. Now add 1 cup green peas and add salt according to your taste and mix well..
  3. Now turn on the gas and in a aapam pan which is easily available in the market and grease it with oil and once it's hot take 1 tbs of this batter and pour it in each cavities..
  4. Cover them with a lid.Cook on low flame for the next 2-3 minutes until your bottom side is golden brown in colour. After 2-3 minutes flip the appes and cook for the next 3-4 minutes..
  5. After 3-4 minutes appes should be ready so remove them out in a serving plate.Serve them with peanut chutney or green chutney or ketchup whatever you like..
